Job summary

JAPFA Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in East Java seeks a supervisor to perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in line with SOPs and work instructions. You will monitor flock condition, manage feeding, egg collection, mortality and hygiene, and ensure biosecurity and animal welfare standards.

You will guide operators and junior staff, identify abnormalities, and support data recording and implementation of improvements at farm level.

• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff.

• Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data.
• Support implementation of improvement actions and best practices at farm level.
