Job summary

Japfa is seeking a diligent farm operative to perform daily Parent Stock farm activities in accordance with SOPs. Responsibilities include feeding, egg collection, cleaning, flock care, and maintaining records.

You will observe flock conditions, report mortality and abnormalities to the supervisor, follow biosecurity and safety protocols, keep facilities and equipment clean, and support the team to keep farm operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Basic farm duties and ability to follow SOPs.
• Attention to hygiene and safety in farm environments.
• Willingness to learn and perform repetitive daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Feed parent stock and collect eggs according to SOPs.
• Perform cleaning and routine flock care.
• Observe flock conditions and report mortality or abnormalities to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment and document daily data.
• Support team activities to ensure smooth farm operations.
