Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance to end users, ensuring smooth operation of computers, network devices and printers in the Solo office.

You will troubleshoot end user application issues, handle asset management, monitor IT security tools, and support server backups with minimal supervision while improving support documentation. Fluency in English and a passion for IT are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure smooth running of computers, network devices and printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
• Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools.
• Perform first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports.
