Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Jakarta is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Support to assist end users, manage devices, and keep IT services running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot, document issues, handle inventory, and assist with backups and network security; placement at Jakarta Office or Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Recent graduate in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and Windows/macOS OS.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of computers, network devices and printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues; maintain and update support documentation.
• Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure and IT security.
• Assist with first level troubleshooting for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports.

• Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must
• A final-year or recent fresh graduate in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field is preferred
• Has basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
• Passionate in IT technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
