Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Heavy Equipment Manager for a construction client. The role focuses on planning workshops, maintaining heavy equipment readiness, and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely supplies for projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering, business English, and at least three years in heavy equipment procurement with ISO-standard knowledge and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Business English proficiency to communicate with overseas suppliers.
• Minimum 3 years in heavy equipment procurement and workshop operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 37001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001:2015 and SMK3L.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise workshop operations, including maintenance and readiness of heavy equipment.
• Manage equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and spare parts availability.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure equipment and parts meet project schedules.
• Prepare and manage the Plant Yard & Workshop department budget and plan development.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely purchasing and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Ensure operator certifications, training needs, and disciplinary actions are properly managed.
• Establish quality objectives, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, environmental requirements, and health & safety regulations.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
