Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Technician Operator for a manufacturing (machine parts) client. The role involves condition checks, repairs, and preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities on site.

The candidate should have 3+ years in technical engineering, with TPM/PLC/CNC experience, plus proficiency with measuring tools and safety regulations. Willingness to handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Engineer, handling TPM, PLC, CNC, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery.
• Able to use measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Capable of responding to emergency situations in the event of sudden equipment breakdowns.
• Disciplined and knowledgeable about workplace safety regulations.
• Knowledge of foundry and casting machinery.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Capable of operating mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Periodically check the condition of machinery and equipment.
• Repair damaged equipment or facilities.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance schedules.
• Address electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Record all repair results and work reports.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
