Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Supervisor (Heavy Equipment) in Jakarta to identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships in the leasing sector. The role involves market research, developing financing proposals, and coordinating with Credit and Legal teams to ensure timely approvals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years in marketing or sales within leasing, a solid understanding of credit assessment, and a valid SIM A license to visit client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or sales within the leasing industry, including direct experience handling truck or commercial vehicle financing accounts.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment and the end-to-end financing process.
• Hold a valid SIM A driving license and be willing to drive to visit client sites.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research the market to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Conduct regular client visits, prepare tailored financing proposals, and collect and verify documents for credit review.
• Drive new customer acquisition and achieve assigned financing targets through proactive business development activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with truck dealers, suppliers, corporate clients, and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Monitor portfolio quality and assist with collection efforts as needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights.
• Conduct preliminary financial analysis to assess each customer's repayment capacity.
• Collaborate with Credit, Legal, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth and timely approval and disbursement processes.
• Other tasks as assigned.
