Job summary

GRAND INDO PERKASA in Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize and control maintenance work for heavy equipment and heavy dump trucks used in mining operations. You will set PM schedules, manage work orders, plan mechanic staffing, and ensure parts and tools are ready.

The role requires a D3/S1 in mechanical or automotive engineering, 3 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in mechanical or automotive engineering.
3 years of experience in heavy equipment and dump truck maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work on-site and follow company requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan and control maintenance work for heavy equipment and heavy dump trucks.
Prepare and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
Create, manage and monitor Work Orders (WO).
Plan mechanic requirements based on work needs.
Ensure readiness of spare parts, tools and equipment before work is carried out.
Control maintenance backlog and incomplete work.
Manage unit maintenance history, including breakdowns, component replacements, spare parts, HM/Km and downtime.
Create reports and maintenance analysis such as availability, breakdown, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, backlog and mechanic availability.
Coordinate with operational teams, mechanics, warehouse and vendors to ensure work runs according to plan.
