Job summary

Trakindo in Denpasar invites applications for a Sales Representative focused on heavy equipment and service offerings. You will create visit plans, conduct customer visits to assess needs, present solutions, and generate opportunities that lead to closures.

You will manage quotes, negotiate orders, and maintain accurate customer data in the system while supporting timely collection and strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a D3 in a major related to engineering, sales, or business.
• Minimum 1 year of experience for some candidate groups; fresh graduates may apply.
• Proven ability to plan visits and manage customer coverage.

Responsibilities

• Create visit activity plans based on the customer list to cover the territory.
• Plan and conduct customer visits to assess equipment condition and present offerings.
• Record activities and opportunities in the system for accurate sales data.
• Coordinate inquiries and issues during visits and communicate findings to customers.
• Provide quotations based on solutions and pricing to formalize offers.
• Conduct sales negotiations and manage order-to-payment process with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer data, forecasts, and sales pipeline in the system.
• Provide market condition reports and insights to improve sales strategies.
• Monitor receivables and assist in collections as needed.
