Job summary

Trakindo seeks a Sales Executive with a heavy equipment background to drive new business and manage key accounts in Indonesia.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in heavy equipment or automotive sales, with responsibilities including following up overdue AR, maintaining CRM data, executing end-to-end sales transactions, conducting customer visits, and developing account plans to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in heavy equipment or automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up overdue AR and resolve documentation issues to support cash flow and coordination with internal parties.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales data, update CRM, and manage transaction records.
• Execute end-to-end sales transactions, including documentation, customer information, order updates and delivery arrangements.
• Conduct customer visits to understand needs, gather demand, and execute sales activities with a focus on CVA adoption and digital solutions while maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Develop account plans and profiles for assigned customers to build strategic relationships and identify growth opportunities and market trends.
