Job summary

GEA is seeking a dynamic Service Sales Engineer – Heating & Refrigeration Solutions in Indonesia to drive service business growth across installed base and new accounts. You will promote service agreements, maintenance contracts, upgrades, and spare parts with a consultative sales approach.

The role combines technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and heating systems with strong customer relationships, proposal development, and travel across Indonesia to support customers and expand

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC or related technical disciplines.
Minimum 2 years in Industrial Refrigeration or HVAC Service Sales.
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
Willingness to travel within Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute service sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial refrigeration and heating markets.
Promote preventive maintenance agreements, inspections, spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, and repair services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service contract negotiations.
Manage sales pipeline and forecasts through CRM tools.
