Job summary

PT Guntner Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer to plan and implement activities to achieve sales targets, design and sell Guntner products, and nurture relationships with business partners. The role requires English communication, a refrigeration/HVAC background, and willingness to be based in Pasuruan, East Java.

The candidate should be self-driven, target oriented, and proficient with common office tools, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Refrigeration System / HVAC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Refrigeration Systems and refrigerants (natural & synthetic).
• Familiarity with Refrigeration market and key players.
• Self-driven with clear targets.
• Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to achieve sales targets.
• Design, select and sell available Guntner products.
• Develop new and optimize business with existing business partners.
• Follow business processes and policies.
• Comply with Code of Conduct.
• Follow other instructions.
• Direct report to Supervisor and/or Area Sales Manager.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
