Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive aftermarket service growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying service opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales or aftermarket sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong commercial aptitude encouraged.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed service sales targets and KPIs.
• Promote service portfolio: spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and SLAs.
• Identify new opportunities within installed base and develop strategies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and report performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
