Job summary

PT GWS Era Medika is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide administrative and operational assistance to the Medical Representative team in Jakarta. You will handle sales documentation, data maintenance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth daily activities.

This role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support or similar roles.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG or related industries preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with comfort handling data, reports and sales documentation.
• Good communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational support to the Medical Representative team for day-to-day sales activities.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial docs.
• Monitor sales orders from placement to delivery and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales data in the system/database.
• Assist in preparing presentations, sales materials, price lists, and other supporting docs.
• Follow up on admin requirements and documentation from customers and Medical Representatives.
• Maintain filing and documentation of sales transactions and customer records.
• Support other commercial and sales projects as required.
