This opportunity is based in Indonesia and offers a strategic leadership role responsible for accelerating international growth and commercial success across global markets.
Position Overview
Lead the organisation's international business strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion across global markets.
Build and strengthen a high-performing commercial organisation that enhances market presence, profitability, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual International Business & Profit Plan in alignment with the company's 3-year strategic growth plan.
- Drive business growth, revenue generation, and business development across all Pharma product lines in international markets.
- Develop strategies to increase market share, brand equity, and customer relationships across international markets.
- Translate the overall business strategy into regional sales plans and revenue targets.
- Develop and strengthen systems, processes, and team capabilities to support sustainable international growth.
- Oversee payment collection and credit management, ensuring healthy cash flow across international accounts.
- Gather and utilise market intelligence covering competitive pricing, credit terms, market volumes, and emerging market practices to support commercial strategy.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
- Extensive experience in international business management, export sales, commercial leadership, or business development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple international markets.
- Experience developing and executing strategic business and profit plans.
Technical / Functional Expertise
- Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical markets and commercial operations.
- Expertise in business development, key account management, and distributor management.
- Experience in sales forecasting, revenue planning, budgeting, and profit management.
- Knowledge of market intelligence gathering, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and credit management.
- Ability to translate corporate strategy into regional sales plans and measurable commercial objectives.
