Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village in Tangerang is seeking a receptionist to assist visitors, direct them to the right contacts, and maintain front desk operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital front desk environment.
• Professionalism and empathy in patient interactions.
• Willingness to work in outsourced setting at Lippo Village location.

Responsibilities

• The receptionist's goal is to handle any questions visitors have, and put them in first contact with relevant people within the hospital.
• Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets).
• Train, supervise and support company staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Handle specific customer complaints and requests.
