WTW, Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Health and Benefits in Indonesia. You will drive growth, manage the sales process for SME opportunities, and support bids and onboarding. Strong CRM experience and client-focused communication are essential.

You will collaborate with BD and advisory teams on surveys and marketing campaigns while ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits domain is preferred.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Experience in a service-focused environment.
• Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and client-focused.
• Committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide business development support to drive revenue growth.
• Assist the sales journey, including quotations and usage analytics, and compare terms with insurers/providers.
• Support tender bidding processes.
• Assist onboarding of new clients including KYC and required onboarding work.
• Handle the complete sales process of SME opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and event logistics.
• Coordinate surveys with BD/advisory teams and drive participation.
• Follow up with leads to identify client needs and renewal info.
• Communicate clearly to influence and persuade clients.
