Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in business development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients.
• Build and enrich lead database across industries.
• Drive outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp API, cold calls, and networking.
• Lead qualification to match prospect needs with offerings.
• Oversee sales funnel from lead to closure; coordinate with teams for proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and track leads.
• Conduct account mapping to identify stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records and report performance metrics to management.
• Guide Business Development team to ensure consistent execution.
• Stay updated on market trends and new channels to optimize strategy.
