Willis Towers Watson plc is seeking a Business Development Manager in Health and Benefits in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role drives growth, supports sales cycles, and coordinates with insurers and providers to craft competitive proposals.

You will manage SME sales opportunities, support tender processes, onboarding, and marketing activities while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on quality service. The position requires 5+ years in Employee Benefits and CRM experience.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits domain area preferred.
• Experience of using a CRM system.
• Experience of working in a service-focused environment.
• Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries.
• Ability to multi-task and be mindful of deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused on clients.
• Committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business development support to drive growth in revenue.
• Assist the business development team along the sales journey, including quotations and usage analytics with insurers or providers.
• Support the tender bidding process.
• Assist onboarding of new clients including KYC and other onboarding tasks.
• Handle independently the complete sales process of SME opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and event logistics with the marketing team.
• Collaborate on survey projects and follow up with invitees to increase participation.
• Follow up with sales leads to identify client needs and information such as policy renewal dates.
