Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Compensation & Benefit.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and global initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in SAP or HRIS, MS Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive rewards strategy aligned with P&C goals.
• Develop and maintain policies for governance and compliance of rewards programs.
• Lead salary surveys and market benchmarking for compensation and benefits.
• Manage budgets for total rewards and related benefits expenditures.
• Act as main advisor on compensation, benefits and related governance matters.
