Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Experience in Business Development.
• Managerial-level experience in petrochemical/manufacturing, infrastructure, commercial, or consulting sectors.
• Strong ability to conduct feasibility studies and develop financial models.
• Experience in project management and business planning.
• Highly analytical with ability to analyze market trends and insights.
• Proven leadership capability in managing teams and delivering multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Business Development team to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Oversee feasibility studies and investment proposals to support decision-making.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration.
• Oversee execution of approved investment projects per budget and schedule.
• Lead the department's planning and budgeting aligned with strategy.
