Job summary

Chandra Asri is seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Analyst to join our team in Jakarta. The role centers on strategic sourcing, contract management, tender evaluation, and compliant procurement aligned with HSSE and ethics.

The successful candidate will lead negotiations, analyze bids, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvements across procurement activities while communicating with stakeholders in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, contracting and procurement.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, tender evaluation, supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Apply best practices in contracting and procurement while ensuring HSSE, Ethics & Compliance, Code of Conduct, Laws and regulations.
• Identify needs, qualify suppliers, request proposals, negotiate, contract, assess delivery and analyze results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transparent, fair, and competitive bidding processes.
• Perform financial and commercial analysis of bids to ensure alignment with budgets and specifications.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while complying with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Handle vendor data administration, invoices, and payment processing as part of procurement support.
• Build strong relationships with key suppliers and drive shift from spot buys to strategic sourcing where possible.
• Develop and manage a reliable supplier base and resolve delivery/quality issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements via contract KPIs.
