Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Project & Development Services in Jakarta to lead the PDS business, drive profitability, and guide a high-performance team. You will work with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage client relations, and ensure compliant delivery of projects across service lines.

In this role you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and invoicing while mentoring staff and aligning operations with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
• Strong grasp of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Experience in winning new business and managing client relationships.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall financial performance and people management for the Project & Development Services business.
• Lead the team to drive growth and participate in development and delivery with Senior leaders.
• Manage client engagement and ensure delivery of multiple service lines offered by the business.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, and operate within DOA governance.
• Communicate regularly with Regional Commercial, Contracts, Finance and HR leads.
