Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a leading consumer sector group to appoint Head of Rewards in Jakarta. You will lead the design and delivery of reward activities aligned to business and HR priorities, and review reward practices to drive consistent employee decisions.

You will develop reward frameworks, oversee HRIS strategy, governance and data accuracy, and provide guidance on reward matters to support workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Strong capability in developing and managing reward frameworks.
• Experience of compensation, benefits and reward policy activities.
• Strong exposure to managing rewards programs for a large workforce and complex organisational structure.
• Ability to analyse reward information and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Sound understanding of reward processes within a Human Resources function.
• Confidence in working with business stakeholders on reward-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of reward activities that meet business and Human Resources priorities.
• Review reward practices and recommend clear improvements to support consistent employee decisions.
• Develop reward frameworks that provide a practical basis for compensation and benefit decisions.
• Work with Human Resources stakeholders to apply reward policies consistently across the organisation.
• Prepare reward information and analysis to help leaders make informed decisions.
• Oversee HRIS strategy, governance, and continuous improvement to strengthen HR data accuracy, reporting, and decision-making.
• Provide guidance on reward matters to support effective workforce planning and employee management.
