Job summary

Pensieve in Indonesia is seeking a Strategy & Project Management Head to drive delivery, align teams, and raise project planning and execution standards across the company.

You will lead project managers and analysts, build PMO governance, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps while partnering with leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with PMO frameworks, governance structures, and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team including performance reviews.
• Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and manage resources efficiently.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership, partners, and external stakeholders.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Requirements

8+ years in project or program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget

Strong command of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Notion

Experienced in building PMO frameworks, governance structures, and data-driven reporting

Able to lead, coach, and develop a team — including performance reviews and development plans

Skilled at translating business goals into actionable roadmaps and managing resources effectively

Strong communicator with experience aligning senior leadership, partners, and external stakeholders

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
