Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, management, and external stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates and reports, and ensure proper project documentation.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, implement mitigation plans, and escape critical matters in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities and resources are effectively managed.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items and follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of agreed deliverables.
• Support communication with stakeholders, including project-related communication and documentation in English and Mandarin when required.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and coordination processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management or a related role, with proven experience in coordinating or managing projects at a Coordinator or Manager level
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project management tools
