Job summary

vlink inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Indonesia to lead projects from initiation to closure. You will develop plans, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and governance capabilities in a dynamic, regulated environment. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or related roles.
Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Lead and manage IT Project Manager team.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align objectives and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Monitor progress and provide status updates to management.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Manage change requests and governance throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure all projects comply with PMO methodologies, standards, policies, and governance.
