Job description

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage project implementation in Bali, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government institutions, business partners, and local communities. You will also serve as the main point of contact and extension of our Jakarta team in Bali, ensuring effective coordination and smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage project strategies, plans, timelines, and deliverables, while considering project dependencies, priorities, and integration with other ongoing projects.

Coordinate project implementation with internal teams, local teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.

Act as the main point of contact and company representative in Bali in coordinating project activities with relevant stakeholders, including Provincial Government of Bali, OPD, Kabupaten/Kota Government, and other local stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, issues, delays, and dependencies, and provide recommendations or corrective actions to ensure project objectives remain achievable.

Communicate project status, key risks, issues, changes, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Ensure project documentation, reporting, and deliverables are properly maintained throughout the project life cycle.

About you

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and experience in project management, stakeholder management, business development, consulting, or a related role.

Strong experience in managing external stakeholders, preferably including government institutions.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
