Job summary

PT Sahabat Kirim Digital is seeking a General Manager to lead the Payment Business & Operations in Jakarta. You will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across merchant onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction processing.

You will collaborate with Product, IT, Risk, and Finance; manage banking partnerships; ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management; and scale the payment ecosystem to support domestic and cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in fintech, digital payments, banking, or payment infrastructure.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership position.
• Strong experience in QRIS, payment gateways, merchant acquiring, virtual accounts, payment switching, and PJP remittance services, including domestic and cross-border fund transfers.
• Proven track record in scaling payment products, managing large merchant networks, and driving transaction growth.
• Solid understanding of payment operations, settlement, reconciliation, and Bank Indonesia regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payment operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, dispute management, and merchant onboarding.
• Drive business growth and operational profitability.
• Work closely with Product and IT teams on payment product development, API integration, and new product launches.
• Ensure operational efficiency, service reliability, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, and report business performance directly to management.
