Job summary

PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk is seeking a commercially driven and strategic Digital Business Head to lead and grow our Retail Digital Banking business. The role focuses on increasing personal savings and online deposits while driving engagement and transaction activity across the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital banking, retail banking, fintech, consumer financial services, e-commerce, or technology-driven businesses.
• Strong track record in digital consumer business, retail banking, savings/deposits, customer acquisition, or transaction-based digital products.
• Experience owning commercial targets and driving measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and transaction ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Retail Digital Banking business strategy.
• Own business performance across customer acquisition, deposit growth, customer activation, transactions, engagement, retention, and profitability.
• Develop strategies to acquire and grow retail customers through digital channels.
• Drive growth in personal savings and online deposits, including customer acquisition, deposit balance growth, pricing, promotions, and retention.
• Increase customer engagement and transaction frequency across the digital banking app ecosystem.
• Develop customer propositions and campaigns that encourage customers to use the app as part of their everyday financial activities.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Data, Risk, and Operations teams to improve the overall digital banking experience.
• Use customer data and behavioral insights to identify opportunities to increase deposit balances, transaction frequency, customer engagement, and share of wallet.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for digital banking growth.
• Lead the commercial strategy for digital banking products, including pricing, promotions, partnerships, and acquisition channels.
• Establish and monitor business KPIs and continuously optimize initiatives based on performance and customer insights.
• Lead, develop, and build a high-performing digital business team.
• Ensure right guardrails and controls are continuously in place to deter and avoid fraud attempts.
• Work closely with Risk and Compliance to ensure sustainable growth within applicable banking regulations and internal policies.
