Job summary

PT Wahana Pembayaran Digital is seeking a Senior Manager Operations to lead and optimize payment gateway operations. You will shape policies, oversee merchant onboarding and after-sales services, and drive performance across channels while sustaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–4 years in Operations/Strategy, with fintech or payment gateway exposure, strong analytics, and proven leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Operations / Operations Strategy, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, payment gateway, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of business operations including exposure to Business Development, Risk & Compliance, and Channel Management.
• Experience in IT systems implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes to support business objectives.
• Oversee Merchant Onboarding & After-Sales Services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor business operations, including channel performance, stability, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Lead and monitor the Operations team to achieve performance targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and monitor compliance with established SLAs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational and deployment standards are properly implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational issues, improve processes, and support business growth.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to support management decision-making.
