PayJoy Indonesia is hiring a Merchant Operations Supervisor to oversee onboarding, merchant support, and partner coordination in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will mentor a team, manage merchant data, and drive process improvements across cross-country operations.

Work on-site in Jakarta’s SCBD area, ensuring compliance, SLA adherence, and strong collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Native Bahasa Indonesia and excellent English, both verbal and written.
• 3–6 years in merchant support or business support, preferably in finance.
• Strong, hands-on understanding of Merchant KYB.
• Experience administering Zoho end-to-end (config, workflows, modules).
• Proven people management with at least 3 direct subordinates.
• Solid data analysis capability and SLA-driven operations mindset.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Willing to work on-site in SCBD area and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner support and operations: handle partner queries and coordination; own partner channel and NPS.
• Documentation and onboarding: manage onboarding, data entry, and records.
• Store management: oversee clerk management and store operations.
• Operational efficiency: optimize processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on using products effectively.
• Elevate issues in merchant console to higher-level support.
• Standardize and localize onboarding and support processes for partners.
• Serve as SME for partner concerns and provide accurate information.
• Produce weekly reports and recommendations for merchant experience.
• Supervise data reconciliation of payments and disbursements with Finance.
