HSBC Indonesia’s Global Payment Solutions (GPS) unit invites a seasoned Product Manager to lead payments products, including corporate card and fintech partnerships, for wholesale clients.

You will shape product strategy, coordinate market research, and drive product commercialization, pricing, and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires a Bachelor degree, strong stakeholder management, and proven delivery across matrixed teams in the banking sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with experience in banking/financial services.
• Exposure to Corporate/Commercial Banking is preferred.
• Experience in Transaction Banking product management is advantageous.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance GPS products to meet cash management needs of wholesale clients.
• Generate ideas, screen and prioritize product ideas, coordinate market research and rollouts.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to grow product penetration and revenue.
• Manage product profitability, costing, margin and pricing decisions.
• Track service quality and drive processes to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSBC policies and internal controls.
• Manage product operational risk, including identification, assessment and reporting.
• Improve HSBC’s profile, market share and mind share against competition.
