Job summary

The Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate Front Office department initiatives and drive patient satisfaction across the hospital network. You will partner with the Operations Excellence Group Head HO to implement programs, monitor performance, and act as a change agent.

Responsibilities include establishing service controls, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and collecting and analyzing patient feedback to inform service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry/position or as a Project Manager.
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital operations and operational management.
