Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals in Indonesia is seeking a Head of Operations & Services to drive patient-centric care through superior hospital operations and service quality. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Head Office on organization-wide programs, and champion continuous improvement to enhance the patient journey.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and at least 5 years in hospital operations or project management, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare management, operational excellence, or project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience managing operational projects and driving organizational change is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
