Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive hospital growth through strong sales and marketing strategies. You will lead department heads, align with corporate targets, build key local partnerships, and develop service packages to attract patients while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You'll partner with HU management to deliver objectives and improve financial and clinical performance across the hospital network.

Formación

• 5–8 years in a sales and marketing role within healthcare.
• Experience in patient insights, product development, pricing and market intelligence.
• Strong communication with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve hospital business targets with a strong strategy for the hospital area.
• Provide leadership to Heads of Department to implement commercial strategies.
• Advise HU management on financial and clinical performance of the hospital.
• Partner with HU management to deliver business objectives and plans.
• Build relationships with local partners and insurers to support goals.
• Formulate marketing strategies to increase awareness and attract business.
• Develop medical service packages (e.g., MCUs, maternity, vaccinations).
• Collaborate with Regional BD to implement sales and marketing strategy.
