Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Indonesia is seeking a Head of Medical to oversee medical service operations, ensuring adherence to quality and patient safety. You will coordinate with specialists and medical personnel to optimize service effectiveness and patient outcomes.

The role requires leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a Head of Medical position in hospitals. You will work with hospital management on strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical service operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and patient safety.
• Coordinate with specialists, RMO, and medical personnel to optimize service effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with hospital management in strategic planning related to medical services.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital accreditation standards
• Address clinical issues impacting patient care and service delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with the medical team to discuss service improvements and operational challenges.
• Analyze clinical data and disease trends to develop hospital programs.
• Supervise the management of medical facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
