Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. in Makassar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to develop and execute leasing strategies, manage tenant sourcing, and optimize occupancy and revenue. You will lead the leasing team, build strong tenant relationships, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure openings, renovations, renewals, and compliant operations.

The role requires leadership, negotiation, and analytical thinking to drive performance and profitability in a dynamic property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Business Development, or related role, with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of leasing management, tenant mix, rental strategies, and negotiations.
• Ability to develop leasing strategies, source tenants, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills to lead a team and collaborate with tenants and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets and optimize tenant mix.
• Manage the leasing process from tenant sourcing and selection to proposals and lease negotiations.
• Supervise tenant relationships, monitor performance, renewals, and needs.
• Coordinate leasing activities with internal departments to ensure openings, renovations, renewals, and operations meet requirements.
• Lead the leasing team and prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and performance against targets.
