Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of leasing principles, property management, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Identify target tenants and develop campaigns to attract them.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare documents ensuring compliance.
• Manage renewals, amendments, and terminations; monitor financial performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to leasing.
• Develop marketing plans and promote available properties.
• Coordinate showings and tours for prospective tenants.
• Lead and develop the leasing team; conduct evaluations.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal regulations.
