Job summary

Treasury (PT Indonesia Logam Pratama) seeks a Head of HRBP to lead people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development as the company scales. You will partner with senior executives to shape talent, culture, and workforce planning across the business.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and experience in tech or fintech environments. Collaboration with Engineering and Product teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in an HRBP leadership role.
• Strong experience partnering with senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, performance management, and leadership development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, digital, or other high-growth industries is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Technology teams is a plus.
• Workforce Planning & Organization Design.
