Job summary

R17 Group seeks a seasoned Head of Human Capital to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals. You will lead Organization Development, workforce design, competency management, and governance, while guiding performance, succession, and employee development initiatives.

This role partners with the Board on strategic people decisions and ensures Indonesian labor compliance. You will oversee Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Human Capital / HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in HR Strategy, Organization Development, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Employee Relations.
• Proven experience in developing organizational structures, competency frameworks, performance management, and succession planning.
• Familiarity with HRIS, HR digitalization, and people analytics.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Project-Based Business will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Lead Organization Development initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, and competency management.
• Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Employee Relations.
• Develop and strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and effective HR governance.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Board of Directors and business leaders on people and organizational matters.
