Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR strategy, operations, and transformational initiatives for a manufacturing client in Indonesia. This role reports to the Board of Directors and drives talent, organizational design, and people excellence across the business.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in manufacturing HR, change management, and leadership development, with fluency in English and a strategic mindset to influence senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years leading the entire HR function.
• MUST HAVE: Solid HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within building materials or related industries.
• MUST HAVE: Proven experience in business transformation, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.
• Strong expertise across all major HR functions, including talent management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and HRIS.
• Experience in luxury or premium product industries and/or a professional HR consulting background will be a significant advantage.
• MUST HAVE: Strong English communication skills, strategic business acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities.
• Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and HRIS.
• Drive organizational transformation, change management initiatives, and HR process improvements to enhance business performance.
• Develop effective workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Establish and strengthen performance management systems, employee engagement, and a high-performance organizational culture.
• Manage compensation structures, benefits policies, and HR budgeting to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Lead industrial relations, employee relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations on organizational effectiveness and human capital development.
