People Search International is seeking an experienced HR Head in Indonesia to lead the HR function for a premier building materials manufacturer. The role reports to the Board of Directors and drives talent, culture, and organizational capability across the business.

You will oversee all HR activities, shape transformation initiatives, workforce planning, leadership development, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws while delivering measurable performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years leading the entire HR function.
• Must have solid HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (building materials or related industries).
• Must have proven experience in business transformation, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.
• Strong English communication skills and strategic business acumen to engage with senior executives and the Board.
• Experience in luxury or premium product industries and/or professional HR consulting is an advantage.

About the Opportunity

Our client is an established building materials manufacturer seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Head to lead its overall HR strategy, operations, and organizational transformation. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors and plays a critical role in strengthening organizational capabilities, driving change, and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities.
• Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and HRIS.
• Drive organizational transformation, change management initiatives, and HR process improvements to enhance business performance.
• Develop effective workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Establish and strengthen performance management systems, employee engagement, and a high-performance organizational culture.
• Manage compensation structures, benefits policies, and HR budgeting to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Lead industrial relations, employee relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations on organizational effectiveness and human capital development.

Requirements
