Mitratani Dua Tujuh is seeking an experienced HR/IR professional to manage industrial relations, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance in East Java, Indonesia. The role involves labour consultations, coordination with trade unions, and ensuring accurate personnel records.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology, with at least 3 years in HR/IR and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of PKB, PP drafting, and labor regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR/Personnel and Industrial Relations (IR).
• Capable of handling Industrial Relations disputes.
• Knowledgeable about labor regulations.
• Capable of drafting Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labour Agreements (PKB).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• To foster harmonious and conducive industrial relations through dispute resolution, labour consultations and coordination with trade unions.
• To ensure that personnel administration and the employee database are maintained in an orderly, complete and accurate manner and are well documented.
• Implementation of the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB), company regulations and labour provisions.
• Implementation of the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB), company regulations and employment provisions.
• The payroll process, employee entitlements and BPJS administration are carried out on time and in accordance with the provisions governing personnel costs and employee welfare.
