Michael Page is recruiting for a leading manufacturing group in Jakarta to appoint a Head of HR & GA who will shape people strategy, oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws.

In this leadership role you will collaborate with department heads, manage budgeting for HR and GA, drive employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture while guiding compliance and facilities management.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in HR management and general affairs.
• Experience in labor-intensive or blue-collar environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
