Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting roles with at least 8 years in Managerial or Senior Leadership positions.
• Proven experience in manufacturing finance, FP&A, costing, financial controlling and corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, standard costing, BOM structure, production costing and profitability analysis.
• Experience handling import transactions, foreign currency transactions and intercompany financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries will be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance transformation, establish financial processes and improve internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with President Directors and senior business leaders.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage company cash flow, working capital, liquidity and banking relationships to ensure healthy financial operations.
• Review and analyze financial performance against budget, forecasts and key business indicators, identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Oversee financial aspects of import transactions, foreign currency exposure, intercompany transactions and overseas manufacturing operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports, financial statements and business performance dashboards for President Director and stakeholders.
• Oversee tax compliance, tax planning initiatives and coordination of tax audits to minimize financial and regulatory risks.

Description du poste

Lead and oversee all Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Financial Planning functions to ensure effective financial management and compliance with applicable regulations. Develop and establish budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management processes aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to CEO/President Director regarding business performance, profitability, investment decisions and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
