You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and tax compliance while developing a strong finance team and ensuring robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of financial management experience in multinational companies operating in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience auditing and financial operations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, verbal and written.

• Partner with the Sub Region Head ID, MY & SG and other stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks specific to the Indonesian market.
• Ensure strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial integrity.
