PT GongDa Prima Solusindo in Indonesia seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead financial strategy for a manufacturing operation. You will oversee cash flow, reporting, taxation, and ERP-driven processes, partnering with operations and HQ to drive value.

The role requires at least 5 years in finance leadership, IFRS knowledge, and strong English/ Mandarin skills. You will mentor the local team and ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years finance experience, including 2+ years in a Finance Manager or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, or Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
• ERP systems proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Finance Director

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join a manufacturing company in Indonesia. This is a senior leadership position for a finance professional with strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall financial management, cash flow, and accounts receivable.
• Manage accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and tax planning in Indonesia.
• Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and operational performance evaluation.
• Support the development of financial and accounting systems for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead the local finance team and coordinate with international headquarters.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent financial management role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, or Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Familiarity with IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly medical devices or consumer electronics, is an advantage.

Salary: IDR 50M+ per month
