Job summary

PT Guna Bakti Unggul is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and optimize our accounting department in Tangerang. You will oversee daily operations, ensure PSAK compliance, and prepare accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Brevet Tax Certification A & B required.

Job description

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.

Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation regulations, and company policies.

Supervise general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.

Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare financial statements and management reports to support business decision-making.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and the company's overall financial recordkeeping.

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks during audits and reporting processes.

Develop and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial processes.

Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.

Collaborate with the Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), distribution, trading, or related industries is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation.

Brevet Tax Certification A & B is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting systems, ERP systems, and similar software.

Experience in inventory accounting and cost accounting is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Basic Mandarin proficiency, in speaking and/or listening, to communicate with Mandarin-speaking business partners and suppliers.

Willing to be based in Tangerang.
