Job summary

PT. MULTI PRESTASI MAS is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to lead Finance, Accounting, and Tax, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with Indonesian regulations. This role develops budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost controls to support business goals.

You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, oversee tax planning and payments, and coordinate with auditors and authorities. A strong candidate has 5+ years in finance leadership, with proficiency in Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Experience with tax planning and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations.
• Analyze financial performance, budget variances, and key indicators for strategic advice.
• Ensure internal controls and financial policies to minimize risks.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.

Job description

Lead and oversee the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations. Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow projections, financial planning, and cost control to support business objectives. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Oversee tax planning, tax reporting, tax payments, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and other financial transactions
• Analyze financial performance, budget variances, and key financial indicators to provide strategic recommendations to management
• Ensure effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to minimize financial risks
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government authorities as required
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and the company's growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Proven experience in financial planning, cost control, financial analysis, and internal control implementation
• Familiarity with tax reporting systems and relevant Indonesian tax applications
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage, particularly for business communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
